I was just thinking about our situation, how we haven't changed our feed supplier in ages.
I'm wondering how many others are in the same boat?

The main thing thats stopping me changing is actually the delivery driver, he knows the run of things and delivers on saturdays.

I would not worry about the logistics side of it. However two things this is not an ideal time if finishing cattle as change in spec of feed can cause thrive issues. The other main concern is quality of ingredients in nuts and ration

I changed because of lack of delivery and quality of feed and price.
Even if you are only saving 10 euro a ton i went through~ 25 ton last year so 250 euro saved, with things as tight as they are it all counts.

Quality of feed would probably be the most important for me, price a close second.
