Long LED strip lighting run

Finally getting around to doing so of the finishing touches to a house now all the important work is done! One thing I planned on doing is running LED strip lights in coving along the light of the hall as it's quite dark on winter days.

I've done the measurements and is is about 40metres. Most of the runs I have done to date are 5m or max 10m

I assume I just need a powerful enough power supply etc and can run the strips together or would it be best to isolate each side of the hall into it's own single run?

Would love any advice from people who might have done it before?
