WHV options for 30+ years old

I am considering my options of doing a WHV abroad but I have already done the WHV of Canada, Australia and New Zealand. I want to have the option to work in the Country while also traveling. I don't see any options for WHV for Irish Nationals after 30+ years other than (Canada and Australia) Any suggestions ?
