I think I asked this to no joy in car audio forum Has anyone heard of having to leave the engine running when on or making a call? Id assume some/most have or do thinking the battery needs it I've a pioneer radio in a ford focus and it seems and being told by installer/pioneer you need to If I don't, I lose my audio…

If I don't, I lose my audio settings on the source (sometimes other sources), but my radio presets are still there

I'm trying to get him out to put in another pioneer radio to see but he's using the old waiting on pioneer, so trying to see if it's all cars or indeed a faulty radio
