Crack in shed

    Hello,

I've a shed that's got a substantial crack in the wall and I'm wondering how to best go about fixing it.

The crack is above and below an old window gap, I'm thinking that I knock out the frame and which is rotted in the corner put in a new frame and take a few blocks out either side of the crack and build back up the wall.

I've a worry that the issue is in the foundations due to the way it's cracked
