Current recommendations for Job hunting websites?

    Hi All,

Just wondering what are the current recommendations for Job hunting websites?

Is Irishjobs the best of the lot still? A lot of people were recommending Indeed to me as a new standard in this area but I didn't find it great?

I installed the Indeed App but I really find the search options to be terrible - Seems to be very unrefined in filtering your results.

Eg if you search for "Production Manager" your get results for Shop Manager, Warehouse Manager, Fishing Trawler Manager!!!!

150 irrelevant search results is a pain in the hole to be honest!

    * Granted I may be doing something wrong here - I do concede this point in advance!!!

IMO Indeed is good for Labour and Management like you saw.
LinkedIn is better for Executives and contractors (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Marketing execs)

For just a general search, IrishJobs & Monster.ie will cover most bases

For retail and hospitality and some labouring, there are Facebook groups / pages / communities in most areas. Just go into Facebook and google "jobs in YourArea" to see what's there.
