It's apparently already available as an Alpha via a pre-order, so tempted to give it a whirl as kinda Jones'ing lately for some old-school RTS action. (edit, actually looks like the window closed)

This was a (successful) kickstarter and as mentioned, its gameplay & mechanics are heavily reminiscent of CoH - albeit with steampunk mechs & an alternative history backdrop
