Hi I'm just wondering if I invest say a €1000 euro in a stock lets just say the stock rises over 10% in a week so I decide to sell and I get 1100 euro back do I pay 33% cgt on the €100 profit.if I reinvest in another stock and lose the €100 profit on this other stock do I still pay 33% on the first stock I sold thanks.

There is CGT relief of €1270, so you only pay it on profit over that amount. Also, yes you can offset your losses against your profit for CGT.
