    Degree that teahes you what employers require you to know. Doesn't have to be in Trinity.

    Experience is what teaches you what employers want to know. Analyse course content for what you think you want. You'll most probably need to consider a Masters anyway.

    I'd suggest something heavy in maths & stats.

    Look at data analytics masters too.

    Best thing to do is to look at job specs and see what they are looking for
