    Hi all,

Just wondering how you establish the sum of building cover and contents cover?

    It is just an estimation?

I assume if there is a Property Management Company, then there is no need for a building cover?

    Thanks

Usually with apartments and management agency, the building insurance is covered by your management fee and then you just get contents insurance. But best to double check with your management agency.
