Can you claim vat back on reseeding invoice

    Just wondering I done reseeding and when I gave the contractor to the cheque he gave me an invoice with the total I owed him and down on the bottom he had vat rate at 13.5 percent,so can I claim back the vat back on this?

    You can on reclaimination,so would reseeding go under this?

    I would have thought it would qualified under the land improvement work heading. can't see you getting in any trouble for it anyway as if there not happy with it in re claim,they will just send it back to you.
