How about flying into Seville. 2 nights in Seville, 1 or 2 nights in Tarifa, then on to Rhonda, drive back to Seville after Malaga and return to Seville via Granada.

Or just fly into Malaga and do a similar circuit.

Casa El Sueno in Arcos de la Frontera is worth a stay.

If Madre is your only option for flying the do that. If Seville is an option, I would heartily recommend it, Córdoba and Granada. Ronda is a nice place but in the ha’penny place compared to Seville, Córdoba or Granada. Malaga itself is also under appreciated - I mean the city itself which has many cultural and food options, not the surrounding beach locations. I think I had flown through Malaga 10 times before ever venturing into the city. That trip started in Madrid and took in Córdoba. With hindsight, Seville would have been a much better starting point!
