Eir fibre contract

    Hi
    Signed up to Eir fibre broadband, mobile phone and house phone package and TV I think. Have already been charged connection fee but have not been connected over 1 monthe later.
    Cannot get in touch with anyone on the phone, wait times are crazy.
    Called original sales rep who came to my house and he was no help and now I'm in limbo paying for 2 different packages.
    Anyone know any contact info for Eir other than customer service number?

    You need to raise a complaint and consider cancelling the package. go to this website and log a complaint BUT copy to comreg.

    MAKE IT VERY CLEAR WHY YOU ARE RAISING A COMPLAINT firm but polite.
