Yeah I remember watching that years ago and loved it, Derek with his big worried face in the night vision camera scared ****less entering the different rooms

He used to do a show with Evette Fielding (in the dark), all you could see was their eyes as they seeked out spirits, ghosts & gouls in old haunted houses & castles! Derek would make "contact" and relay messages from the departed.

I found it all a bit silly, while believers loved it.

Mediums are frauds, irrespective of whether they have a successful TV program. Mediums prey on the vulnerable and those grieving for their own financial interests.

What a reprehensible and totally immoral way to earn a living.

It should be criminal, outright.

At this time, we should spend more time thinking about his victims rather than the perpetrator himself.

You call it "selling a service".

If you were to purchase a service "not as described", then that is an infringement.

Acorah and others are supplying a "service" which is undeliverable. If it were a legitimate service where they were genuinely channelling the dead, you may have a point.
