Approved for loan, have not received documents

    Hi,

    I applied for a loan last week. On Tuesday (New years eve), I received a text saying the loan was conditionally approved, and will receive documents in an email shortly. A password was provided to open the documents.
    My application tracker also shows the loan as approved

    I have not yet received an email from BOI. I have confirmed there are none in my spam/junk folder. When should I receive this email?
