    Hi guys.

    Looking for some feedback on this.

    Before I go on.

    Particulars. 25 year old cottage. 800 sq ft

    Having it renovated and building on an extension of 1300 sq ft. Single storey construction.
    Has water, steerage, electricity.

    Had it priced up and it came in at 353 inc vat to renovate the cottage to a simple spec and then a single storey
    extension.

    Is that the norm. Was expecting something lower
