Can we add a second step to thread unsubscribing?

As the thread title states. Can we add a second step in unsubscribing from a thread. In the UserCP there is an unsubscribe button for every thread. When clicked it instantly unsubscribes. And then it just disappears from your list. I've lost count of the amount of threads I've accidentally unsubscribed from with no way to see what thread it is. A second step would mean I could see what thread it is and rectify the accident before it becomes permanent, or at the very least, let me know which thread I need to resubscribe to.
