Anyone ever use Technol oil? I never even heard of it until last week when I was at a local tractor dealer who sells it. I heard since that it is a poor quality oil. I’d just like to hear a few opinions on it so I can form my own opinion whether it is worth using or not.

I would tend to stay away from some of these cheaper lesser known brands. If you want peace of mind, the big names are the way to go. Mobil, Castrol, Shell. Have used Maxol also in the past and found no issues with it and competitively priced. One of my local-ish MF dealers selling their own brand oil, packaged by Maxol.
CNH use Petronas as supplier under Akcela, Ambra, Arbor and Akron’s brands, the last I think is which OEM that was supplied to SDF brand.
Other contenders would include Total, Fuchs, MPM, Morris Lubricants, all well established names.
Likes of those unheard of brands would be alright for tractors that are only used a few times a year and where critical specs are not of such importance as on more modern machinery.
Looks like it’s a brand originating in Azerbaijan, a country which is rich in oil and gas resources where I don’t doubt volume is an issue but a question mark over the ultimate quality of the end products in comparison with the big names.
