Is tianeptine prescribable here?

I searched for it on hpra but no luck, maybe they use a different name? http://www.hpra.ie/homepage/site-tools/search?query=Tianeptine&page=1&tab=tabmedicines it's avaiabile in uk so i'd have thunk it was in ireland http://www.unitedpharmacies-uk.md/Stablon-Tianeptine-125mg-10-Tablets-p-524.html

Tianeptine is not licensed for use in most of the world bar a few select places. It is not available or licensed in the UK despite united displaying it on their website.
