minecraft fault codes

    Hi all, my 9 year old son has Minecraft downloaded onto his switch, he has had it ages and has lots of worlds stored etc but recently it has started coming up with "the software closed because an error occured 2002-2046". Any help appreciated because I'm clueless!!!!

    Looks like a corrupt save file not sure if backing the save file up, then deleting from the switch might work. Is there an SD card in the switch as that might be the cause?

    Yea,there is a SD card in the switch,i cleaned the card and it seems to be working ok now, will keep an eye on it and see what happens, Cheers,,
