TK max refund problem

    Has anyone had a problem like this.
    Today I returned a defective item 24 hours after purchase.
    It took 30 minutes to get a refund
    I was told initally that I would receive no refund
    Later I was tood that I would receive a partial refund
    Later I was told I would receive a full refund

    Anyone have had difficulities like this with T K max in Sligo.

    It's a crazy time in retail at the moment a Sunday in the Christmas period you probably dealt with a series of increasingly senior staff members.

    My elderly mum had a similar issue with a “leather” handbag a few months ago. She wore it out and within a few hours the “leather” handbag started to peel.

    She brought it back to store and initially they tried to encourage her to pick a different one of the same value. Then 50% refund. When she argued the bag was sold with a leather label when it was not leather and she was not interested in swapping for another did they finally offer a full refund.
