    I think what he means is "literally who?". Hope that clears it up.

    The Darwin Awards is a disgusting and despicable, sick-minded entity run by a sad bunch of losers who have no ability to think.

    Why would you laugh at someone's unfortunate death? It shows a deeply flawed and disturbed mind.

    I only used the term "losers" because it was already in your post. It's not a word I generally use. And the notion of such an "award" tends to be for people who lose their lives (or otherwise remove themselves from the gene pool) in a stupid way, as opposed to a simply unfortunate one. It's dark humour, sure, but some people are into that.
