Run flat tyre damaged - How to tell which one?

Probably a stupid question but my car has run flat tyres and yesterday, after having to drive through some country roads, I got the dreaded tyre pressure light on the dashboard. My car has 19" OEM wheels with a low profile tyre so I don't think it's the tyre that's the issue, I think an alloy probably cracked (common issue with these alloys). I went to a garage to check the pressures and identify which one was having the issue. The problem is that all of them were slightly below their usual PSI but there wasn't one that stood out as having far less pressure than the others.

How can I identify which one needs to be replaced without taking all of the wheels/tyres off the car and inspecting them for damage?

Wait for the TPS warning system to come back on again and then have the pressure tested on all 4 again. The one with less pressure would surely be the one to focus on.

Yeah that's what I was thinking alright, they're all pumped up now so I'll keep an eye on it for the next few days and see if the light comes on again. It'd be great if that's all it was but not getting my hopes up :o
