Two things that completely surprised me

    1. He's English, l just took it for granted he was American!

2.He was first choice to play the baddie in Terminator 2! , until he had a bike accident. Wow, I can totally see why now. He had that facial charisma and shapes to really pull off that role

Are there any completely random amazing facts about people that many would not have known ?

Said this before but what the heck - the terrifying dude who plays the teacher in Whiplash and the neo Nazi in Oz and the newspaper chief in Spider-Man... voices the lovable, dopey yellow M&M.

He was in a punk band called Generation X who appeared on the last edition of Marc Bolans tv show before the latter was killed in a carcrash.

I first saw James Norton when he played the menacing Tommy in Happy Valley. Soon after he was the virtuous vicar in Grantchester. Couldn’t process.

He was supposed to play the part of Tom Baker, but the motorcycle accident left him having to play a far smaller part.
