As an old Blueface prepay VoIP account holder, I received an e-mail about a contract change. It starts off about new Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, GDPR, etc. Towards the end, it mentions about price increases.

Going by the new pricing (excluding VAT), the business starter package is going up to €13 per month (up from €10) and the call rates to Europe, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are making a large hike to 10c per minute (up from 1-2c per minute) and 4c to connect (up from 2c).

The new prices take effect on the 20th January 2020. I thought I'll mention as I didn't see any mention about this anywhere and noticed that they removed the call rates from their website.

I guess for business use those prices can be justified somewhat, but not for home use IMO.
Something like these rates are more acceptable to me

I'm on the old Home Freedom Basic for €99 a year, doesn't look like mine is increasing.
