Ryanair insurance

OK we took Ryanair insurance on a recent trip.. Sure enough after a few days we had to fly home because my mother was in a bad way. She passed away a few days later.. Anyways maybe I'm blind but I can't find where to download the elusive claim form.an anyone help? Thanks in advance

OK we took Ryanair insurance on a recent trip.. Sure enough after a few days we had to fly home because my mother was in a bad way. She passed away a few days later.. Anyways maybe I'm blind but I can't find where to download the elusive claim form.an anyone help? Thanks in advance
