All flights and hotels booked, but now I'm worried about the strikes. I've been googling but it's very difficult to see specifically what has been (or what will be) disrupted. We're staying in a hotel near Orly the night we arrive, and then 3 nights in city centre. If anyone has come across an information page it would be greatly appreciated!

Simple answer is "anything and everything might (or might not) be disrupted" :)

Here's a site that tells you who's on strike and when: https://www.cestlagreve.fr/

For day-to-day info specific to Paris, you'll find information regarding transport and things to do here: https://www.sortiraparis.com/actualites/a-paris (click on the "grève du ..." link each day)

Specifically regarding your travel plans, you should be able to get the old AirFrance bus, now rebranded lebusdirect.com from Orly into the city centre - it's not affected by the strikes.

    I envy you, really :)
France is a very tourist friendly country, any strike won't spoil your trip

If you are staying fairly centrally in Paris you'll be fine. It is a very walkable city, and you can sign up for velib bikes and lime scooters for other oprions as well. Metro lines 1 & 14 are automated so they will be running regardless. There are limited services on other lines and buses running but they are packed so avoid if you can. Leave yourself extra time to get places and bienvenue!
