    What's the best phone I could get for a budget of E250, needs to have a decent camera and battery life.

    The Nokia 7.2 has a 48 mega pixel camera. You can get it sim free from argos or Harvey Norman. As far as I remember its about 250-280 but you could get it cheaper online.
