Jvc 39c790 won't turn on

    Got a new TV for the small lad for today and wouldn't ya know I turn it on JVC logo comes on screen and everything goes black and won't turn back on the red power light just flashes

    I'm trying a reset of holding power button after plugging out for ten minutes that I seen on YouTube but no joy

    Just wondering do anyone have experience with them as he is disappointed he can't watch Netflix in his room , I will go back to Currys tmw or when they open if no luck
