Left keys in Free Now Cab Today

Hi all as above, house and work keys at around 1pm today, tried to contact driver through app about 20 mins later by clicking on his picture but it wasnt active and no phone option appeared emailed support around 1.20 but no reply so far anyone have suggestions, just wish Id got a cab by ringing a company ? Thanks Anyone…

They changed the system recently, the calls are rerouted to come from and go to an 01-xxxxxxx, that numbers only active to the driver/customer for the duration of the fare.

I would imagine they have a skeleton crew on support but not much help to you I'm afraid if they don't answer the emails.
