I am trying to help someone upgrade a computer. It will be used for editing video so needs to be able to run vegas and premiers



He will need windows 10 but does not like it. There is a way to make it look like 7?


Under 1000. As much RAM as possible

I have seen the HP Envy said to be good for vide editing? Anyone got any opinion or experience.

They're just processors.
AMD simply offer better value than Intel right now - for the same price, you get twice the performance (threads).
I therefore can't recommend Intel to anyone except high-end gamers (e.g. Core i9-9900K which costs €519+).
