Rebuild the Hanging Gardens of Babylon

Every now and then I look up the seven wonders of the world and wonder about them. Surely others do. Then why not capitalize on this interest?

For those that need a refresher, here are the seven.

    Great pyramid at Giza, Egypt.
    Hanging gardens of Babylon.
Statue of Zeus at Olympia, Greece.
    Temple of Artemis at Ephesus.
    Mausoleum at Halicarnassus.
    Colossus of Rhodes.
    Lighthouse at Alexandria, Egypt.

Only the Great pyramid of Giza is left. (I suppose they couldn't really decide if people traveling to their towns was good or bad back then and let the others go.)

Now, where is the new rejigged Hanging gardens of Babylon? Iraq needs the tourists. Surely they are finished playing tic-tac toe with the governments around them.

You would need a lot of water for it. This I know. Keep all those plants that like humidity happy through pure condensation.

Have a big enclosed area that's kept cool for the northern plants. The Saudis would love that, drive over in their jeeps and walk through Oaks and Snowdrops.

It's cheep enough to build and volunteers would be queuing up to do a year or two's work at the gardens. Could set off a whole wave of interest in greenery.
