I'm buying tickets for someone for a show at the gaiety for Christmas and having never been it before not sure of the layout. Where would the best place to be seated be? Theres a few for the front row left but is that too close to the stage? Any help would be appreciated.
Yeah front few rows of Parterre would be very close and you may not see the back of the stage.
Seats 10-16 Row F and back of the Parterre should be fine and front 3 rows of
Dress Circle.
I would always go for middle of the row as close to the end of the row, you will have to move for people getting in/out of their seats.
Grand & Upper Circle are quite high up and sound doesn't always travel up.
