Anyone remember this? I recently tried to reinstall it as I came across the disc and couldn't get it to install so just abandoned it. Its €4.49 on GOG: https://www.gog.com/game/submarine_titans

Probably worth buying it from those sites as they usually have fixed the installer for modern machines. Bit like old games on Steam.
