Hi I have a problem with my Xbox one (wireless) controller. The controller is not charging for me on the venom battery charging dock, I have two controllers and only one is giving a problem. It does work when it is plugged in and used as a wired controller. I replaced the batteries with new ones and still same results. Any…

Hi I have a problem with my Xbox one (wireless) controller.

Any idea why it's not charging on the brand new docking station? yet it works fine when plugged in with a cable?
