Lexus IS GPS Disabled

    The GPS for the Sat Nav seems to be disabled in the picture, has anyone ever come across anything like this before and know how to enable?

    The car is a 2015 IS300h imported from UK through a main Toyota dealer, in case thats relevant? They don't nerf the GPS as part of import/export do they?

    Had a trawl through the manual can't find anything related to that symbol!

    I know! Extensive googling and nothing at all.

    Reckon i'll have to bring it back to the dealer to take a look and maybe reinstall the software or something.

    That symbol suggests it's not getting a GPS signal.
