    If your neighbour sewer pipe is damaged and has collasped and it potentially causing damage to the neighbours property who responsibility is to fix the leak and any potential damage to the neighbours property.

    As this matter is on private property, this falls under the remit of the landowners to resolve. If there is a dispute arising from the responsibility of the cost associated with the repairs, then you will have to discuss this further with your neighbour. I hope that this information helps.
