Hi there, I recently was advsied by the Irish Water customer service desk to send a mail to diversions@water.ie regarding a query I have about moving a water pipe off farming land. I have had no response or acknowledhement to this mail. Please advise, I can provide WPRN and copy of e-mail via PM if required.

Our Diversions Team are dealing with a large volume of queries at the moment and will be in touch with you in due course. All correspondence in relation to diversions will have to be conducted through this e-mail address. Apologies that we cannot assist you further with this here.
