I own a Property with an Ex living abroad who recently verbally agreed to sale. My Solicitor cannot contact Solicitor's or Ex to get papers signed. All communications have been ignored. I was advised I can take case to Court to get property sold, but it costs €2,500 plus Vat. Is there a way of doing it myself? How much…

I was advised I can take case to Court to get property sold, but it costs €2,500 plus Vat. Is there a way of doing it myself? How much does it cost?
