Clients and cloud accounting

    My experience is that clients are buying into a cloud product on the basis that the software does all the work and there is an expectation that the year end fee should be cheaper but in many cases it actually takers longer because because they've attempted to do it themsleves and the balances are a mess.

    There is no need for a bookkeeper. Are you suggesting that a micro client hires a bookkeeper, an accountant and also pays subscription for cloud accounting software?
