    I'll keep this brief:

    Own an apartment with ex
I want to move in - get a tenant in and pay mortgage
He's saying no - he's just being malicious

I said to my solicitor what would happen if I just moved in and he said he could get some kind of an order against me

It just doesn't seem.fair and right

Has anyone else being in this situation

Should I get more advice? Bearing in mind the mortgage hasn't been paid for a few months because if this situation

    Thanks
