Sky Box problem

My Sky Box has started cancelling series I've been recording for years. It's also showing a 'no listings available' message for other programmes and there was something starting next Saturday that I wanted to record and it won't let me do it, keeps saying 'box initialising and try again later', that's the same all week but…

My Sky Box has started cancelling series I've been recording for years. It's also showing a 'no listings available' message for other programmes and there was something starting next Saturday that I wanted to record and it won't let me do it, keeps saying 'box initialising and try again later', that's the same all week but it allowed me to go through to Saturday and set it in advance instead of being able to record from the new series option. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
