I have a hob that is not lighting (see below). It will light with a match, not problem. A spark is not being generated by the igniter (white yoke in the circle). I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide but still no spark. Is that a big job to fix? Do I need a specialist or can it just pop put and I put a new one in? A €90 call out to fix an igniter is a bit nuts!

Gas works can only legally be carried out by an RGI (registered gas installer) for obvious reasons.
