I haven't noticed anyone reporting ebay deals.

For example i noticed this for under 5 euro:

how these can be sold including delivery so cheaply is beyond

wondering if anyone else found anything good on Ebay. i think it has to be under 21euro including delivery to avoid customs/excise.

Items linked to are shipped from China so can probably be got even cheaper from Aliexpress. As to why it's cheaper to get stuff shipped from China than say Ireland international postal rates are set every four years by the Universal Postal Union. Trump is threatening to pull the US out because current rates unfairly benefit China. There's a good podcast about it from the excellent Planet Money.
