Transition years from 65 to 66 to 67

    Good afternoon all.

I was just wondering is there something in place that would assist people who had a retirement age of 65 in their contracts before the changes in retirement age. At the moment it is 66 and will increase to 67 in a year or two. I will be one of those for 67.

So is there any benefit for those who by contract retire at 65 and do not get the state pension until 67. Is there something in place now for those who retire at 65 but don't get the pension until 66.

Thanks in advance and sorry if this was asked before.
