    1. Is it possible to turn off the water supply at the meter on the pavement outside my house?

    It is possible to turn off the supply to your home at the boundary box where the meter is
    located. Provided that it is safe to do so, you can remove the black cap on the boundary box and there should be a valve located directly next to the water meter. Here you will be able to push down and turn the valve clockwise, which will turn off you water supply.

    2. My estate has not been taken in charge. Is there a timeline for when this will happen?
