Which pipe goes to which radiator

Two story house built early 2000's, Heating set up is 2 manifolds in hotpress with qualpex feeds to all rads from there, one flow, one return. Have motorised valves on heating and on HW cylinder there and climote control. Was thinking of separating the upstairs and downstairs rads into two different zones.
Q; is there an easy way to identify which pair of pipes go to which rad?

Turn off all the upstairs rads and then see which pipes stay cold at the manifold.
