    Hi all

Took advantage of the Dunnes voucher and picked one of these up, just checking one or two unlock providers on eBay and some are saying 10-15 working days, any recommendations of unlock providers that anyone has used in the past? Thanks

Lads the fella I paid £21 for unlock on eBay cancelled my order and refunded me reason for cancellation I requested it which I didn't also noticed that he has raised the unlock price to £50. Anyone have any recommended sellers who can unlock Huawei phones?

If you know or are a Vodafone bill pay customer they allow a number of unlocks per year.

Did the same to me with a P30. Some tripe story but I noticed then the price was up too.

Did he tell you Huawei didn't send the code onto him. I've told him that I didn't ask to cancel the order and why did he raise the price? He maintains that if he gets code he will only charge original price. I will believe that when I see it. I'll give him a week then I'll leave him a bad review.
Only other crowd I can find is a website called mobileunlock24.com, not sure how legit it is but quoting 10 days and price of €38. If you come across any other genuine unlock seller or site let me know.

Some spoof about the server not operating until the end of January but that they’re the only ones who can unlock them in the world. Offered the reduction too but I’d say that’s just an attempt to try get a good rating. They’re getting a 1* as soon as the refund lands.

I’m going to try that one you’ve linked above and I’ll let you know how it goes.

Hopefully it's not another scam artist. Can't understand why it costs much to unlike Irish operators when the same operators in t he UK costs £5-£10

I see the prick has it up to 150 euro now.

without trying to sound lecture-y it is prudent to check unlock code costs before buying a phone if you intend to unlock it as they can vary.

Order was placed a couple of days ago anyway and it was giving up to 10 days, so fingers crossed. I’ll let you know if a code lands and it works.

Well any luck with the unlock? Or is this another scam artist?

They had the same thing back after about 10 days. No servers til January 15th.

They offered a refund, go through some other method (more money) or just wait longer. I chose the latter but I’d be dubious they won’t come back again with another issue.

I noticed the price has jumped up to nearly 60 euros as well. Think we'll just have to sell on the phone as there doesn't seem to be any way to unlock it without being scammed

I've used unlock.ie with no problems, seems to be showing €45 for P Smart on Vodafone Ireland. Says up to 10days but claims average wait of 2days 11hours at the moment. Mine came within the average wait time.

Anyone buying online just be aware vodafone UK is different to Vodafone Ireland, you have to be specific.

Thanks in hindsight I should have been bought the cheaper Samsung phone that was part of the Dunnes voucher deal as it would have been easier and cheaper to unlock

Thanks to Pippip spot on about unlock.ie it only took two days to get the unlock code and I'll t worked straight away! Ok it's €45 but still no messing around looking for more money with those chancers on eBay etc. So Reginald I would go with them if you want a guaranteed working unlock.

Got my code about an hour ago and worked perfectly. Cheers Snake and Pippip.
