Changing glow plugs in Hiace, hot or cold?

    I have to change the 4 glow(heater) plugs in a 2000 Toyota Hiace.
    Would this best be done with engine warm or cold ?

    Unless you need to do something where the engine has to be hot (like changing oil) then working on a cold engine is preferable, also in this case.
