I own property in Listowel in Kerry. I had entertained the idea of selling and contacted estate agent to be informed its a no go as the estate has not been taken over and signed off by irish water and as the development was not fully finished back when crash happened no bank would sign off on mortgage for someone wishing to buy my property.

I contacted Kerry coco and was informed this is common and no timeline in sight. Kerry co co cant take it over till IW signs off on this. Is there any timeline or is IW even making movement on this issue??
